Geotechnical Engineer


Morpheous is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join its India team to assist with current and exciting future projects. We are looking for a professional who enjoy working with people in a multidisciplinary team environment and strive for excellence. Ideally, you would be having a minimum Minimum of 15 years’ overall experience. Minimum of 10 years in highway design projects, including extensive experience as a geotechnical engineer. Experience in projects in developing countries funded by international financing institutions is preferred. Experience in Papua New Guinea or other developing countries in the Pacific is an advantage.

Geotechnical and Foundation Expert


The Geotechnical & Foundation Expert is a senior-level technical professional responsible for the independent verification, validation, and optimization of all geotechnical and geological components within a major railway infrastructure project. The role involves a critical assessment of soil investigations, subgrade characterization, and the structural design of foundations for various project elements, including bridges, culverts, and embankments. A primary objective of this position is to ensure that all ground-related designs are technically sound, safe, and cost-effective through the application of Value Engineering (VE) principles.
